Plant Overview: BBB Industries employs over 10,000 people and has a global footprint spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. We operate in the traditional automotive aftermarket, electric vehicle aftermarket, solar module lifecycle market, and new nondiscretionary parts sectors. BBB Industries LLC is a sustainable manufacturer and carbon-neutral company, offsetting approximately 100,000 metric tons of carbon emissions annually through a circular process that receives used parts, sustainably manufactures them to be like-new quality or better, and ships them to customers.

Position Summary: We are seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to join our team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have the required qualifications and competencies below and will provide functional and technical leadership during the design, testing and implementation of Oracle eBusiness R12 systems throughout the business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides functional and technical leadership during the design, testing and implementation of Oracle eBusiness R12 systems throughout the business;
  • Supports day-to-day operations of business systems, working collaboratively with other IT support staff, to ensure business operations are maintained and run properly;
  • Seeks out and advises the business in the design/development of new business solutions or reconfigurations of existing business systems, using Oracle and complementary technologies;
  • Documents requirements and functional configurations, using standard appropriate Oracle AIM templates (e.g., RD.050, BR.100, MD.050, MD.070, MD.120, etc.);
  • Documents and understands the current business processes and software usage with view of future state direction in sight;
  • Creates change management requests in partnership with business leads for any new or enhanced functionality to business systems; and,
  • Keeps knowledge current on industry technology landscape in order to help the company and their business customers understand their technology options.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Experience:
    • 10 years of work in Information Technology as a business analyst or similar role.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A foreign equivalent degree is acceptable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • 7 years' experience in Oracle eBusiness Applications, with relevant R12 module experience (such as MFG, INV, BOM, MRP, and/or PO) to support business functions in areas of responsibilities;
    • 7 years' experience with the configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle eBusiness R12 environments.
    • 5 years' experience with IT technologies and business processes for a manufacturing company.
