Position Summary:
The Pharmacy Intern will assist pharmacists in the provision of pharmaceutical care. Care will be appropriate to patients' unique medical needs and will be appropriate to the patients' age-newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, or geriatric. In accord with Department and institutional policies/procedures and with the rules/regulations enacted by the State board of Pharmacy, they will support the Department's logistical, clinical, technical, and clerical functions.
