We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in learning about our rental products via inbound and outbound lead generation. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support our sales and service teams in converting leads into satisfied customers. You will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Generation:

  • Answering inbound phone inquiries, qualifying the calls and routing them to the direct rental representative to assist them
  • Handle inbound inquiries originating from emails, webforms and website chat bot
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and assess the viability of their interest.
  • Following up directly with rental representatives to ensure the lead was followed up on
  • Striving to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) set for you
  • Seeing your efforts generate revenue and growing company profitability
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and web leads promptly and effectively
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
Outbound Lead Generation:
  • Actively search to identify new customers, opportunities, and market segments
  • Generating new leads through outbound cold calls, email, and social media
  • Identify and qualify potential opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
  • Research companies to identify decision makers and generate interest leading to opportunities and won rentals
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of our services and the advantages of choosing our company
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate rental representatives for further development and closure
  • Team with Sales to build pipeline, close deals and generate revenue
  • Striving to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) set for you
  • Seeing your efforts generate revenue and growing company profitability
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system

What we expect of you?

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Experience. People with relevant experience can be considered for suitable role.
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience

Travel:
  • Limited travel to customer locations as and when required, including out-of-town and overnight travel
