Generate reports for the purpose of completion in data entry, cross-referencing with project inventory list and inventory photo album. Interact with clients and internal departments to resolve issues and communicate changes in process, procedure, etc. Track all inventory leaving warehouse(s) for project completion as per company schedule of ‘installations’; reconcile all inventory returning because of project ‘move-out’s as per company schedule. Report all discrepancies to ensure integrity of inventory and full cycle of procurement. Ensure compliance by all stakeholders to the inventory process. Visit clients’ homes to inventory and inspect our goods. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Must be dependable. Able to organize work, multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks. Demonstrated attention to detail. Capable of meeting deadlines while working in a highly paced environment. Communicate clearly with clients and team members. Must be able to work in a team environment.
