Responsibilities :

  • New Customer Acquisitions: Identify and target potential customers to expand our client base.
  • Market Potential Exploration: Research and analyze new market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proposal Creation and Negotiation: Develop and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and determine sales conditions in coordination with the team.
  • Technical Consultation: Advise customers on technical matters with support from our global technical team.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, symposia, and forums to promote our products and services as required.
Qualifications :
  • Strong product knowledge of extrusion processes, twin screw extruders, parts, and plastics/polymers manufacturing.
  • A minimum of 3+ years in sales, with an established track record and a robust network within the plastics/polymers industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of technical comprehension to understand and explain our products and services.
  • Hunter Mentality: Proactive and determined approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently to meet clients, attend events, and explore new markets within the southern part of the United States and Mexico, with travel requirements up to 50%.
  • Excellent self-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
