We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient part-time office clerk to join our team who will be charged with
scanning and organizing the office space after our recent consolidation. In this role, you will be responsible for
performing a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Your primary duties will
include scanning documents, organizing files, and maintaining records in an electronic format.

Responsibilities:
1. Scan and digitize documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity of scanned images.
2. Organize and maintain files in an orderly manner.
3. Assist in cleaning and organizing existing data to move paper files to electronic.
4. Assist with sorting, labeling, and filing documents according to established procedures; in an effort to go paperless.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
6. Input and update customer information, including contact details, interactions, and account status, into Salesforce CRM.
7. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by conducting regular audits and validation checks.
8. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
9. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in office administration or clerical work preferred.
3. Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners, printers, and photocopiers.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Willingness to adapt to changes and learn new skills related to Salesforce data management.
