Responsibilities include responding quickly to all caller and web requests, providing physician information for referrals and forwarding calls to appropriate clinics and departments. This position will also accurately collect and enter all data into database with 100% accuracy, answer email from medical website and respond to all UK HealthCare web requests, as well as answer rollover calls.
