Your role will include data capture mechanisms, designing and implementing test models, analyzing large sets of data to provide clear and throughout actionable insights. You'll work with a team and collaborate with colleagues in other departments to help our customers and the families we serve together.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide data and reports to external and internal customers that show historical results, metrics and trends, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Accurately interpret data and produce clear, comprehensive written analyses, dashboards, graphs, tables, etc. for various internal and external audiences.
  • Set up, maintain and continuously improve the data and reporting capabilities for departments, functions and initiatives.
  • Communicate & collaborate with Program/Project Managers and functional area leaders/stakeholders to progress current strategies and strategic opportunities.
  • Create various comparison models that provide management information to determine appropriate initial offering and ongoing management of distribution partners.
  • Analyze new data or report requests, ensuring appropriate identification and resolution of the request, completing those within scope, communicating the results.
  • Generate, analyze and summarize sales and in force data, relaying emerging trends in business.
  • Deliver reports and make presentations in support of quarterly account result, company reporting, strategy execution and achievement of goals.
  • Develop & execute plans, both test and actual, help define success metrics and criteria, coordinate data collection, analyze results and report outcome for initiatives.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study such as data analytics, marketing research or business with emphasis in information management or 3 - 5 years data analysis experience.
  • Strong relational database knowledge with the ability to create intermediate-level SQL queries.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint to visualize data and make it easy to understand.
  • Experience with a variety of data analysis and reporting software. Python and PowerBI experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in business process and needs analysis preferred.
  • Experience querying a data warehouse, data mart or reporting data store preferred.

Salary Description

68,000
