Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CMM Programmer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and programming measurement routines for Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using PC-DMIS software. Your expertise in metrology and software programming will be instrumental in ensuring that our components meet and exceed design specifications and quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize measurement programs for CMMs using PCDMIS software. 

Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and component requirements.

Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to establish measurement protocols.

Perform CMM Machine setup and ensure accurate measurements.

Conduct measurements and inspections to validate component precision.

Analyze measurement data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a CMM programmer with a strong background in PCDMIS software.

In-depth knowledge of metrology, GD&T, and engineering drawings.

Proficiency in CMM operation and measurement techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours:

Full Time - 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday
