Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contracts Program Analyst to join our team What You'll Be Doing: Providing administrative, financial and contract program support as part of our Program Management Team including the development, submission, monitoring and reporting of program contracts, deliverables and reports

Identifying project risks or timeline delays

Coordinating with corporate support functions to ensure successful project execution

Assisting the Program Management Office (PMO) in capturing contract level metrics to include but not limited to: accomplishments, schedules, quality, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback

Mobilizing company resources to support project teams

Working with other managers, technical teams, and discipline leads to document plans for the various elements of each project; tracking whether or not the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans

What Required Skills You'll Bring: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Bachelor's of Science in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience

Experience in the preparation of reports, financials spreadsheets, financial accounting system and status reports

Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Adobe PRO

Ability to brief project leadership on project status, milestones, and/or challenges

Possess and demonstrate the ability to self-start, set priorities, and work both independently and within a team environment under deadlines
