Part-time Customer Experience Specialist $16-$17/hour, flexible schedule, paid birthdays off This is a position where you can enjoy a company culture connected to your purpose and values. Job Duties Upon completing the training program, Customer Experience Specialists will be our main point of contact for our families and students throughout their time as part of our extended swim family

Setting up and take down the pool deck area before and after each shift Assisting our parents with questions they have about their schedule and the progress of their children. Supporting the aquatics team by being an active participant in the safety of our swimmers Supporting the aquatics team with attendance and skills Supporting the aquatics team in managing the seamless transition between classes
