Summary

Under general direction, responsible for the management of laboratory services to include but not limited to testing, compliance, implementation of the quality management program, including quality monitors, quality control, financial performance and supervision of daily operations for the assigned clinical laboratories throughout the state.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Science is required.

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field is preferred.

Experience

3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.

4 years of laboratory experience is required.

Service line development and implementation experience is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is required.

Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is preferred.
