Description The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs and procedures. The EHS Manager will work to ensure that the company complies with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards and that the company's operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the company's EHS programs and procedures Conduct EHS audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards Investigate and respond to EHS incidents and accidents Train and educate employees on EHS matters Develop and maintain emergency response plans Manage the company's waste disposal program Monitor the company's environmental performance and report on progress to management Stay up-to-date on EHS regulations and standards Work with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance Partner with Facilities team members to implement, execute and maintain a proper 5S work space in all applicable areas including Production floor and Chemical Refuse/Storage.
