Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market share growth in the adhesive tapes segment in the state of Texas.
  2. Identify and prospect potential customers within various industrial sectors, including manufacturing, construction, packaging, among others.
  3. Build strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions that add value to their operations.
  4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional and lead generation campaigns.
  5. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and new business opportunities to inform the sales strategy.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing products industry.
  2. Deep knowledge of the Texas market, especially in sectors relevant to the use of packaging, automotive, construction, pressure sensitive tapes would be a plus.
  3. Ability to establish strong customer relationships and effectively close deals.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, effectively managing priorities and meeting established objectives.
  6. Availability to travel within the state of Texas as needed.
