Company Description: We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality adhesive tapes, serving the needs of various industrial sectors across the state of Texas. With a long history of commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking to expand our market presence by hiring a highly motivated, results-oriented regional sales agent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market share growth in the adhesive tapes segment in the state of Texas.
- Identify and prospect potential customers within various industrial sectors, including manufacturing, construction, packaging, among others.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions that add value to their operations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional and lead generation campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and new business opportunities to inform the sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing products industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Texas market, especially in sectors relevant to the use of packaging, automotive, construction, pressure sensitive tapes would be a plus.
- Ability to establish strong customer relationships and effectively close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, effectively managing priorities and meeting established objectives.
- Availability to travel within the state of Texas as needed.
