We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the transition of component acceptance testing from a development test environment to rate production testing. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end testing process, including vibration, dynamics, cryogenic, thermal, and functional testing, to ensure our components meet the rigorous demands of aerospace environments.

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with engineering and production teams to transition components from development to rate production testing phases.
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure testing protocols meet company standards for vibration, dynamics, cryogenic, thermal, and functional testing.
Oversee the setup and maintenance of test environments, apparatus, and schedules to maximize efficiency.
Maintain clear communication with the project team, provide regular updates, and adjust plans as necessary to address any changes or challenges.
Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of components and testing equipment.

Qualifications:Bachelor's or in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in aerospace manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of component testing methodologies, specifically related to vibration, dynamics, cryogenic, thermal, and functional tests.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
