Full-time Position - Client Service Associate Role Description:

Responsibilities include completing Schwab forms, ensuring that Schwab processes forms and instructions correctly, managing Schwab alerts, administering client data gathering and maintenance and responding to administrative client queries. Overview:

Work with entire team to coordinate client service activities with a focus on delivering positive outcomes and client experience. We are offering a competitive salary with additional incentives based upon company growth. Responsibilities: Perform all Schwab administrative tasks, including opening accounts, transferring accounts, depositing checks, processing withdrawals, transfers and other transactions Ensure timely responses to all client correspondence and inquiries Identify opportunities to improve our client service processes Develop expertise in our firm’s relevant technology and software tools and platforms within your first year of employment Requirements: Series 65 licensed or will commit to earning the license within 90 days of hire Well organized, with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to support multiple advisors Responsive and prompt Effective verbal and written communicator Ethically strong, with the ability and dedication to maintain high confidentiality of personally identifiable client and firm information Enjoy collaborating and being a part of a team that puts clients first Have the emotional intelligence and self-awareness to develop an effective working relationship with a diverse team of colleagues and to successfully serve a diverse client base Are tech savvy, with the proficiency to quickly learn new technology tools, platforms, and software Open to feedback and coaching Want to successfully develop into a client account management role with long-term growth potential within our firm Preferences: Associates Degree or higher Basic MS Excel and Word proficiency Prior fee-only RIA experience Annual bonus based on performance and firm profitability 15 days of paid vacation and holidays No phone calls please.
