HIRING FOR MEDICAL FRONT DESK

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist patients, families, and healthcare providers, maintaining a high standard of service throughout interactions.
  • Patient Registration and Information Collection: Accurately gather and document patient demographics, medical history, and personal information.
  • Insurance Verification and Payment Collection: Verify patient insurance, obtain benefits, and handle payment collection as required.
  • Appointment Scheduling and Phone Triage: Manage incoming calls, prioritize patient flow, and efficiently schedule appointments.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform additional duties related to patient access and support as needed within the healthcare environment.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of medical front desk experience
  • Experience using EPIC EMR
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Shift:

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
