Who we are:

Platinum Restoration is a locally owned contractor that specializes in insurance restoration projects, both commercial and residential. As an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, we service clients in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Huron, Erie, Medina and Summit counties, and offer complete restoration from emergency loss mitigation to total reconstruction. Our team of Project Manager, Field Supervisors and Subcontractors have over 20-years of experience in the insurance restoration industry, so we are the ideal choice for your residential or commercial restoration needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other marketing initiatives to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance agents, and adjusters to promote Platinum Restoration's services.
  • Conduct business development presentations and proposals to potential clients, outlining the benefits of our restoration solutions, including Insurance Agents and Adjusters.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, test, and implement marketing strategies, social media, and campaigns.
  • Track sales leads and opportunities using CRM software and follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
  • Attend and organize industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent Platinum Restoration and generate business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Work Location:
  • Upon successful completion of a 3-month onsite training period, the role transitions to a hybrid arrangement, requiring presence in the office for 1-2 days per week, with the remainder of the work conducted remotely.
