We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.The Patient Access Team Leader is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the Patient Access department and specifically providing guidance and serving as a resource to staff. The Team Leader will monitor patient/family satisfaction, staff scheduling and collaborate with manager to ensure the goals and objectives of the department are met.RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to multi task Minimum 2 years experience in a medical office setting preferred. Bilingual is a Flexibility with scheduling and able to travel between sites.
