By providing excellent internal customer service, you will build relationships with branch and other staff on a consistent basis while serving as a resource for CIF requirements and documentation, entity requirements and documentation, and all other deposits related procedures, policies, and compliance regulations. Additionally, you will process and provide implementation support for merchant card, remote deposit, positive pay and other cash management applications. Ensuring a high level of accuracy, you will routinely monitor customer, cash management, and deposit activity to maintain compliance and appropriate risk management procedures. Additional Responsibilities: Provide transactional support for deposit transactions including debit cards Actively engage in ongoing dialogue with front line staff regarding deposit and CIF requirements, processes, and procedures Create and revise training materials, policies, and guidelines with updates to intranet resources as appropriate Assist business line representatives and customers directly when needed with merchant card, remote deposit, positive pay, and other cash management service applications Qualify customers for services based on business analysis and by working with business line representatives to obtain financial and general business information as needed Conduct quality control reviews to ensure CIFs, cash management, and deposit related accounts and services are accurate and compliant Complete special projects related to CIF, deposit, merchant card, cash management, and other deposit account services Education and Experience Requirements GED or High School Diploma Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred 3 years' experience in business or commercial banking Think's open culture empowers employees to provide the best financial care to customers every single day.
