Customer Focus: Ensure that all engineering solutions meet customer requirements and expectations, delivering high-quality products that enhance the customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. 7+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a program management role, ideally within the renewable energy sector. Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects, preferably in residential solar, battery storage, or EV charging. Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, including solar PV, battery storage technologies, and EV charging infrastructure. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certification is a plus. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana). Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to solar, battery storage, and EV charging systems.
