Description & Requirements As a Senior Consultant within our National Healthcare Consulting Practice, you will be working with the firm's healthcare executive leadership team in building the firm's performance improvement capabilities related to revenue integrity and middle revenue cycle initiatives. In addition, you will be working with a highly collaborative team that is solely dedicated to the healthcare industry. How you will contribute: Supporting large performance improvement projects, including qualitative and quantitative tasks, with a focus on revenue integrity initiatives to include, but not limited to, charge description master (CDM), charge capture, and charge reconciliation functions. Quantify financial impact and findings from assessments and assist the team in moving projects to implementation Offering additional experience helping clients with price transparency compliance (payor and provider) and charge setting/ pricing strategy including financial impact modeling Reimbursement contract interpretation and financial modeling Coaching and mentoring our staff/senior consultants Executing quality client service and identifying additional value-added services Providing the best in class experience for our clients Advising, communicating, and presenting to all levels including C-suite, management, steering committees, the board of directors, etc. We are looking for people with Forward Vision and: The ability to communicate both up and downstream to team staff and exercise judgment in determining client interactions The ability to manage and prioritize multiple client projects, including monitoring project time budgets and consistently meeting or exceeding agreed-upon deadlines The ability to professionally write and communicate deliverables including, but not limited to client meetings, internal meetings, and projects Advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new software related to the accounting function of an organization High attention to detail as well as strong analytical skills The ability to travel up to 60% Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field 2 years or more of revenue integrity/middle revenue cycle experience Understanding technologies and data analytics that are utilized in the middle revenue cycle environment to improve revenue and charge capture Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (special focus on Excel, Power BI) Preferred Qualifications: Accounting and/or consulting experience with revenue cycle LI-ATL, LI-OAK, LI-IND, LI-KCMO, LI-STL, LI-SGF, LI-CLTSP, LI-CIN, LI-NASH, LI-DFW, LI-HOU LI-BM1
