Job Title: Senior Oracle Soarian Financials Consultant

Oracle is seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Soarian Financials Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle Advisory Services Optimization team, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business problems and proposing solutions to solve with automated systems in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle Health products and technology to meet customer needs.
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs.
  • Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications.
  • Designs details of automated systems.
  • Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions.
  • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • May provide consultation to users in automated systems.
  • Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.
  • Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle Health solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience working with Soarian Financials or Cerner Patient Accounting solutions.
  • Operational industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
  • Ability to operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.
