Talascend is currently seeking a HR Service Center Coordinator for an opportunity in Lake Forest, Illinois

OVERVIEW:


The role revolves around providing top-notch HR and Payroll support to team members, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and promptness in handling inquiries and resolving issues.
This role combines strong HR knowledge with excellent communication and organizational skills, making it a great fit for someone who excels in problem-solving and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Offer exceptional service to team members on HR matters
Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, translating them into case management applications.
Maintain a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll administration.
Perform quality data entry and handle transactional tasks efficiently.
Prioritize and distribute department mail, process outgoing mail, and support various HR processes and programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Associate degree or equivalent (preferred).
1-3 years of related experience (preferred).
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of HR policies and processes, including Section 125, I-9, and E-verify requirements.
Familiarity with pay impacts due to benefit enrollments, garnishments, and taxes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of sensitive data (HIPAA compliance).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange).
Agile, quick learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
SAP HR and Payroll experience (preferred).
