We are partnering with an exciting software vendor operating in the EHS space. They provide a software platform to enable enterprises to monitor and optimise their environmental, health, safety and sustainability standards. They are a PE backed business, whose investors are also leaders in the ESG space. Responsibilities Lead and manage the growing sales team for Supply Chain Risk Management and Supply Chain Sustainability in the Americas region after a defined onboarding period Motivate the team to reach individual quotas and sufficient sale pipe coverage continuously Use Salesforce reports and dashboards to report individual rep metrics Report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance, including measurement of team’s impact on revenue. Participate in regular company and office meetings to share team/program progress, identify blockers and advance efforts Delivery on individual sales quota by completing sales directly Desired Skills and Experienc e 3-5 years of experience with building, managing, and guiding sales teams with established metrics using sales management expertise in the software or broader technology market Experience in the Challenger Sales Methodology or experience implementing a consultative sales process a plus Detail-orientation, operational focus with an ability to teach key sales techniques and coach sustained professional improvement Strategize with sales & marketing leadership to maximize penetration of identified strategic target accounts Proven history of establishing and executing an inside sales training and rep development programs Strong planning, writing, presentation and communication skills Experience in the SaaS, Software or Technology industry is preferred Proven history of fostering a "Hunter" mindset culture within the team Must have a strong desire to work for a fast paced rapidly growing company that is creating a new market successfully
