On a day-to-day basis, you will:Play a major role in achieving the companys global growth goals, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Hiring ManagersCoordinate and arrange interviews across multiple time zonesManage and update our Applicant Tracking SystemDevelop candidate profiles alongside the hiring team by understanding candidate requirements, the impact of the role, and the cultural fit thats necessary to match the team and companyEngage candidates throughout the hiring process by communicating promptly and providing all necessary information at each stage, creating a unique and memorable experience for candidates and hiring teamsBe an ambassador for our culture and missionSource, screen, and conduct short introductory phone calls with candidatesWork alongside global talent acquisition teamsQualifications:QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience managing recruitment efforts for companies across various types of businessesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders' calendars, coordinating and scheduling interviews across-multiple time zonesExperience using data to inform recruiting decisionsComfortability with presenting and interfacing with hiring managers both virtually & in personExperience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other toolsExperience with candidate screening callsExperience using Smart Recruiter or a similar Applicant Tracking SystemAdditional InformationWe are Wixs Talent Acquisition team. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.Qualifications* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field* 2+ years of professional work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in professional services or agency setting* Working knowledge of talent acquisition, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices* Experience conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and evaluating their qualifications and cultural fit* Proficiency with MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools (Workday and SmartRecruiters preferred)* Prior experience utilizing LinkedIn to source candidates required* Prior experience composing job ads for social media preferred* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English - Spanish fluency a plus* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment resources* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines* Ability to travel locally and nationally up to 10%, overnight travel is expected at timesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#LI-hybridVERTEX offers a solid total compensation package including base salary and discretionary bonus plan.
