Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of professional work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in professional services or agency setting
  • Working knowledge of talent acquisition, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices
  • Experience conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and evaluating their qualifications and cultural fit
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools (Workday and SmartRecruiters preferred)
  • Prior experience utilizing LinkedIn to source candidates required
  • Prior experience composing job ads for social media preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Spanish fluency a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment resources
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
