Customer Success Manager

Our client is a leading provider of interactive medical education exhibits. Their mission is to promote health awareness and education through engaging, hands-on experiences. They work with schools, healthcare organizations, and community events to provide high-quality, impactful learning opportunities.
Job Description: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team. The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring clients are satisfied, engaged, and successful in utilizing their products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for improving health education.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
- Respond to inbound leads and send to sales or keep in customer success journey
Onboarding and Training:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide comprehensive training on the use and benefits of our products.
- Develop and update training materials as needed.
Customer Engagement:
- Monitor client usage and engagement with our products.
- Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of our offerings.
- Proactively reach out to clients to suggest best practices and new features.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success.
- Manage Hubspot CRM
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and product usage.
- Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with warehouse staff on condition of exhibits
- Maintain POs and customer invoicing
Event Support:
- Assist clients in planning and executing successful events using our inflatables.
- Ensure clients have all necessary resources and support for their events.
- Book Travel for Event Staff
- Coordinate shipments and strategize with shipper on route management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare or education sector is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.
