Job Description: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team. The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring clients are satisfied, engaged, and successful in utilizing their products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for improving health education.


Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Respond to inbound leads and send to sales or keep in customer success journey

Onboarding and Training:

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Provide comprehensive training on the use and benefits of our products.
  • Develop and update training materials as needed.

Customer Engagement:

  • Monitor client usage and engagement with our products.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of our offerings.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to suggest best practices and new features.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success.
  • Manage Hubspot CRM
  • Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and product usage.
  • Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory records and coordinate with warehouse staff on condition of exhibits
  • Maintain PO’s and customer invoicing

Event Support:

  • Assist clients in planning and executing successful events using our inflatables.
  • Ensure clients have all necessary resources and support for their events.
  • Book Travel for Event Staff
  • Coordinate shipments and strategize with shipper on route management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare or education sector is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
