Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a standard process for recertification and extension of shelf life for process materials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical for effective interaction and collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset to swiftly and accurately identify any potential quality concerns with products. Strong critical thinking abilities to analyze and evaluate information, data, and situations logically and objectively. Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with others, and sharing ideas and feedback. Drive for continuous improvement to enhance processes and ensure quality standards are met.Skills Preferred: Proficiency in quality control methods, analytical skills, and problem-solving techniques. Familiarity with root cause and corrective action tools. Experience in process mapping methodologies.Experience Required: Previous experience in Manufacturing or Quality roles with a focus on shelf life process material. Solid knowledge and experience in Manufacturing processes.Experience Preferred: Previous experience in Manufacturing or Quality roles specifically related to shelf life process material. Understanding of the different types of process material and their life cycle regarding shelf life.
