Position Description:

We are currently seeking a Part-time Contract Recruiter to join Foundrys Human Capital team. The Recruiter will partner with various business leaders to support the Companys overall growth across all business lines. This role will primarily be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interview processes, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle- sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the Companys culture and brand
  • Partner with hiring managers across the platform to create and execute local recruiting strategies for various roles from entry-level to senior leadership
  • Partner with the Human Capital team to keep up to date with open roles, hiring trends, and overall HR recruiting strategy
  • Participate in weekly recruiting meeting to give updates on open positions and share best talent sourcing practices
  • Enhance hiring process by using Foundrys ATS tools and data analytics, including LinkedIn, Talent Hub and HRIS
  • Proactively research new sources to identify and attract top candidates
  • Work with Human Capital Recruiting team to generate creative ideas to bring superior talent to the organization
  • Partner with third party staffing agencies when needed; manage relationships, negotiate staffing contracts and internal manager experience
  • Partner with Human Capital Human Capital Business Partners to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding candidate experience
  • Support Foundrys Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion staffing initiative.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 + years of full cycle recruitment with experience in Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Construction, or Project Management
  • Direct experience in sourcing entry-level to senior level roles
  • Demonstrated experience generating leads and building diverse talent pipelines
  • Strong hiring manager influencing skills with the ability to understand the business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Team player who can also work independently and multitask
  • String MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with candidate assessment tools is a plus
