National Accounts Recruiter
Job Description:
6 month contract with permanent opportunity post contract
We are actively seeking a professional candidate who has excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task and handle several projects at once. Those with prior recruiting experience are encouraged to apply

Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering recruiting services that support client staffing needs for professional, sales, financial, marketing, HR, customer service, and management positions
Responsibilities:
- Managing all candidate and/or contractor relationships
- This person will have direct responsibility for delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
- Providing consultative / advisory search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development, assessment, and advising clients
- Continuous networking and pipelining to identify candidates
- Extensive contractor interaction and relationship building
- Full life-cycle staffing process management
- High-level skills in time, task and priority management
- Stay abreast of banking industry, market conditions and market intelligence
- Use creative search techniques to locate applicable candidates
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum or 1-3 years in Recruiting with end to end, high volume experience
- Demonstrated success in managing client and candidate relationships
- Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system
- Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment with high volume
- Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
- Shows initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
Desired:
- Knowledge of financial institutions and or banking center environment a plus
- Experience with sourcing
- Experience working with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or a VMS
- Experience with an applicant tracking system such as BullHorn, Custom Match or Taleo
- Knowledge of Financial Institutions and Technology Organization
- Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
