At Lifescale Analytics, we help achieve data-driven decision by leveraging strategic technologies to create innovated solutions, that ultimately help our clients to navigate their ever-changing data landscape. We have an opportunity for Cyber Security SME IV, in the Falls Church, VA area. This is a Hybrid opportunity but must be local to Washington DC and no travel expenses are included. Relocation expenses are not covered by the employer.

Responsibilities:
  • Will provide objective advice, expertise and specialized skills in, but not limited to, supporting projects related to the individual's subject matter expertise or functional domain.
  • Will prepare and deliver analysis and presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and representatives.
  • Assure the proper use of current or requested engineering, configuring, programming, testing, and documentation techniques.
  • Produce and/or review documentation and reports reflecting knowledge of areas.
  • Will lead special projects or investigations into specific technology or solution issues and to shepherd research and piloting of new technologies.
  • May serve as a point of contact for engineering efforts and has overall responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of solutions and/or services while maintaining compliance with enterprise-wide architecture policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements

Experience Level:
  • Bachelors degree in an engineering/cyber discipline with at least 8 years of professional experience; or equivalent experience/combined education; or 5 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Education:
  • Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.

  • Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
