BUILD PARTNERSHIPS - THINK BEYOND - DO THE RIGHT THING

Your new role: Accountable for the delivery of a highly professional candidate experience throughout the referencing and compliance process to ensure Hays and clients mitigate risk and adhere to contractual SLAs.

  • Overall accountability for ensuring that all compliance for candidates is managed in a timely manner according to specific client SLAs.
  • For candidates provided by the client, on receipt of candidate offer, contact candidate by phone to detail compliance/screening process.
  • Complete referencing as per contract requirements and any credit checks and criminal background check.
  • Confirmation to Sourcing / Vendor Partners for candidate to start and responsible for ensuring that the Contractor Care Partner generates assignment confirmation.
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all candidates to optimize the candidate experience and Hays reputation.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all parties are kept up to date throughout the compliance process and ensuring that all incomplete files are appropriately managed through to completion.
  • Responsible for delivery of continuous improvement and innovation to drive both efficiencies and enhanced candidate experience throughout the cycle.
  • Responsible for keeping systems and technology up to date.
  • Accountable for in and outbound contract paperwork
  • Responsible for ensuring that other partner verifies all starter files.
What you will have:
  • Skilled professional communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Accurate data entry and proficient level of IT skills
  • Ability to follow processes and meet SLAs and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Experience of chasing information in a confident professional manner
  • Experience of working in a service environment desirable
