Conduct research on targeted leads and develop an understanding of their business needs and formulate marketing strategy for engagement with clients directly or indirectly under supervision of Sr. BD Manager. Competitor research: Perform competitor analysis to identify competitor pricing as well as services offered. Any administrative tasks that support & improve BD team functionality and efficiency. Can include Maintain all required documents for processed orders - Packing Slips, Shipping Confirmations & Batch Records. Share shipping information with clients and track shipments as and when needed. Inventory Tracking & Management - Track inventory and notify product development team when stocks need to be replenished. Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers to re-stock outsourced products. Order and Maintain shipping supplies. Assist with internal product requirements - Update inventory for all products used internally. Verify purchase order/work order details, including catalog numbers, quantities, and unit prices. Accurately code and process invoices in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Maintain supplier onboarding forms and vendor registration forms to ensure accurate and updated vendor information. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel is a must. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members. Prior experience in royalty reporting is an advantage but not mandatory. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures will be a plus.
