About The Opportunity

The Regional Sales Manager role is a key role in the continued growth of the company. Regional Sales Managers are part of a team of consultants responsible for prospecting and selling the Advisor Credit Exchange platform and solutions to financial advisors affiliated with enterprise clients (Broker/Dealers and RIAs).

Job Responsibilities:

Drive awareness, education, adoption, and utilization of ACE’s lending and banking solutions through current enterprise clients – using ACE’s unified lending and banking platform. Responsible for achieving annual sales quotas within territory. Effective, timely and accurate forecasting, via a CRM system, on a weekly basis of all sales opportunities. Prospect and pipeline generation, with internal business partners, within the assigned territory. Responsible for leading complex or high-profile loan opportunities. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party partners and influencers. Lead regularly scheduled meetings, both in person and on the phone, with prospects and current clients. Understand the prospects key business drivers and business issues and optimize Yodlee positioning of services/products/software within the prospect to address their needs and close the sale. Responsible for selling the core value (value-based selling) of our solutions and demonstrating the ROI our solutions deliver at an executive level to the prospect. Keep abreast of Financial Industry knowledge, market and consumer behavior trends and understand impact to customer base.

Requirements

7+ years of proven sales experience selling solutions to financial advisors in Wealth Management or Fintech industry. BA/BS degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, marketing, or related field Knowledge of the wealth management industry. Excellent presentation skills and ability to work in a client-facing role. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple initiatives/tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong work ethic, a self-starter, and a deep curiosity Experience in B2B2C business models Experience with SalesForce or other sales/marketing productivity tools is a plus

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, exempt position. Designated days are Monday-Friday, though they may vary based on the needs of the operation and business. Advisor Credit Exchange is in the early stages of the company and additional hours and flexible days may be required.

Travel

The role will require approximately 50% travel within designated territory.
