AI Product Manager

Position Overview: As an AI Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in defining and delivering AI-powered products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketers, you'll lead the product development process from ideation to launch and beyond. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs, leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to deliver value.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and customer pain points, informing product roadmap prioritization and feature development.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating customer needs and business objectives into actionable user stories and features.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic goals, resource constraints, and market feedback.
- Feature Development: Work closely with engineering and data science teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with product vision, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Partner with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that leverage AI capabilities to deliver personalized and impactful interactions.
- Product Launch: Lead product launch activities, including go-to-market planning, messaging, and collateral development, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and success.
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, monitoring and analyzing product performance post-launch to inform iterative improvements.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations, iterating on the product based on user insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organization, fostering alignment and collaboration on product goals and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in product management roles, with a focus on AI-powered products and technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and applications, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize market data, customer feedback, and technical insights to inform product decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, creativity, and innovation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Competitive salary: The industry standard salary for AI Product Managers typically ranges from $170,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates may be eligible for higher compensation packages.
