Job Summary:

Responsible for business operations at assigned branch

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operational profitability of branch in cooperation with Service Manager and Parts Manager
  • Hire sales representatives for branch
  • Maintain excellent customer and employee relations to meet or exceed expected branch performance
  • Lead and assist sales personnel with individual and branch goals including market share
  • Support company initiatives, policies and procedures
  • Lead and assist branch personnel in the formation and maintenance of customer relations including issues related to product support
  • Responsible for maintenance of facility and grounds
  • Assist sales personnel with machine pricing
  • Provide Corporate with requested reports
  • Consult and/or be consulted with Corporate Parts and Service management regarding personnel issues that occur in the Service Department and/or Parts Department
  • Adhere to and promote Company safety program
  • Perform other tasks as requested
Education/Skill/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum five years or more related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
  • Demonstrated leader
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Equally strong listening skills
  • Skilled in developing inter-personal relationships
