Customer Success- Petrochemical/Chemical, Refining Industry

Thanks to Voovio, industrial manufacturing customers increase profitability with an effective knowledge transfer system, reducing equipment downtime, boosting operator productivity, and accelerating onboarding.
The Customer Success Specialist will work directly with our Customer Success team to support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products; focused on customer loyalty and building close, long-term client relationships. The Customer Success Specialist will be heavily involved with onboarding new customers and ensuring all customers reap the maximum value out of Voovio by working closely with our Operations, Sales and Production teams.
Location: Looking for candidates based in Louisiana or surrounding gulf coast region. Regular travel to customer sites.
Travel: 20-30%
Qualifications:
- Must have manufacturing or process industry related experience.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with standard software tools.
- Candidates must have a valid US passport and legal status to work in the U.S.
- Must have a vehicle.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with existing customers on a regular basis (virtual and face to face).
- Understand customer challenges and assist with implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Design and provide group and 1:1 training sessions (virtual or face to face) for customers on how to use Voovio's tools and features.
- Document and track operator performance on simulation modules as well as collect other performance data for customer champions.
- Assist our operations team, including but not limited to:
- Document and review customer performance.
- Help obtain, analyze, and present business case data.
- Attend customer meetings and help demonstrate our Enhanced Reality tools.
- Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with key client accounts and key strategic partners.
- Ensure customers get fast and successful responses to issues and questions.
- Support customers with IT challenges.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to our Development team to enhance our product line.
- Support integration of Voovio into customer's existing systems.
- Create customer resources such as videos, documents, charts, analytics, etc.
- Liaise closely with our U.S. Sales & Operations teams on project development and identify new opportunities with customers.
- Quickly learn new features and updates to our product suites and demonstrate to our Sales team and existing customers.
Skills and qualities:
- Ideal candidates will have experience of working in a refinery or chemical plant.
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to challenges quickly.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Confident and proven record of using software applications (must be a fast learner).
- Must be team-oriented, working with customer and Voovio personnel at varying levels of responsibility.
- Drive to listen and seek to understand different perspectives.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Self-starter and results focused.
- Possess high ethical standards.
- Detail oriented.
