Customer Care Representative I

The CCRI interacts with all customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products, services, and procedures in a multi-channel customer care center.

What You Need to Know:

  • Deal directly with both internal and external customers via telephone, email and live chat
  • Handle/respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and thoroughly
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Process entry level orders and credits
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and drive resolution
  • Capture detailed notes on all inquiries including action taken to resolve issue
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments
  • Ability to understand/read equipment drawings and look up parts
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by the Leadership Team


What We Are Looking For:

•High School diploma or equivalency
•1-3 years' customer service experience, call center experience a plus

•Highly organized with strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment

•Knowledge of MS office software applications

•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

•Strong initiative and the ability to be self-directed in prioritizing and completing tasks

•Willingness and ability to work extended hours, including overtime as business requires
