Our team is managing the Field Direct Business Operational management at Americas level, leading the operational management, and ensuring alignment with global tools and metrics.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Americas Field and Channel Organization as an AMS E2E governance management and potential projects to improve efficiency and growth to HP. This key position is integral to our organization's success, as it involves collaborating cross function to ensure we work together as a team to do the best for our customer from the start to the end.

Within this role, you will be making sure the E2E governance across functions is efficient and effective, having a unique opportunity to grow your knowledge on overall customer support organization, while being pivotal to provide a clear picture of the operation successes and needs to out executives.

Responsibilities Lead the E2E governance for customer support.

Lead AMS forum discussion, structure, and hot topics. Ensure process and model efficiency. Drive consistency and alignment cross functions and global narratives. Track main initiatives to improve E2E AMS performance. Drive E2E Functional target alignment. Manage internal and functional global forums for alignment, guidance, and execution.

Project Management/Leadership capabilities - lead cross teams through the framework to ensure alignment, understanding and controls. Communication and Documentation capabilities -Strong communication capabilities to report up to different levels of the organization and provide recommendations on path forward. Growth Mindset and Innovation skills - to identify and develop industry changing technology and capabilities that will best fit global interest and apply to market needs. Services Business knowledge - Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen Teamwork and Team Leadership- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across markets and accomplish goals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

Education & Experience

Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration highly preferred OR Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline. Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or a related field. More than 3 years managing strategical projects as a project manager, with enough knowledge on methodologies like 4DX, 8D, 6Sigma, PMI certification desire.
