What you will be supporting:
FDA OIMT organization, the Division of Infrastructure Operations (DIO) currently has a management services branch that provides program management support based on best practices and maintains DIO’s broad IT portfolio. The DIO program management team works in close conjunction with the Division of Engineering and Implementation (DEI) and FDA centers in providing the hardware, software, facilities, and service components that support the delivery of FDA Business Systems and IT-enabled processes.

What are we looking for?
The PM will provide project management services for ODT IT Infrastructure projects. Here are the objectives.
- Provide program and project management support services for the FDA ODT infrastructure projects lead by the DIO and DEI teams
- Manage IT projects that allows FDA to pursue its strategic operations and modernization efforts by ensuring plans are implemented on schedule, within budget, and within scope
- Provide decision support information using the ODT portfolio, dashboards and continually support the FDA EPLC intake review process using the EPLC framework and best practices to ensure the quality of IT Products through improved project management processes

Fun stuff you will do on the job:
The PM is expected to support multiple IT projects within the DIO and will perform the following:
- Support the development of Concept Development, Project Initiation, planning, preparing and overseeing project schedules
- Maintain spreadsheets to track cost expenditures, interacting with various points-of-contact for specific tasks regarding progress, issues and concerns, preparing reports and briefing management in support of project goals, developing and reviewing requirements and monitoring their implementation and applications to ensure that business needs are met
- Provide business and technical expertise to assist in planning and managing FDA projects, providing technical writing capabilities in support of technical and program management project decision-making, and monitoring program status and relating any trends regarding status of the program as they become known.
- Support the Enterprise Performance Lifecycle (EPLC) phases of the projects led by the DIO and DEI branches.
- Support any other tasks assigned by Task Order PM and DRT Manager

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint Online and Collaboration Tools
