Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Growth Officer A global, fast-moving organization is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support its Chief Growth Officer. This is a true career EA role for someone who operates as a strategic partner in a high-velocity, multi-time-zone environment. Responsibilities Act as the CGO's right hand, anticipating needs and managing priorities across global teams Lead a complex, constantly shifting calendar spanning multiple regions and senior stakeholders Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, global summits, and executive visits Manage domestic and international travel; adjust itineraries as needed, including weekend monitoring Prepare executive communications, presentations, and meeting materials Build strong, trusted relationships across ELT, VP-level leaders, and global partners Maintain discretion, judgment, and a polished executive presence at all times Requirements 7+ years supporting senior executives in global or multinational companies MUST HAVE experience working for global or multinational companies Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-expectation environments Experience managing large-scale calendars, high-stakes meetings, and global travel Strong cultural fluency; bilingual or multilingual preferred Highly proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal direction Professional, low-drama demeanor; comfortable with direct communication styles Comfortable with early mornings (78AM typical), occasional extended hours, and weekend monitoring Ability to travel to NYC periodically Who Thrives Here Someone energized by pace, complexity, and constant change A career EA who enjoys running the operating rhythm of a global executive A proactive problem-solver who stays two steps ahead Calm, composed, and effective when priorities shift Why This Role Is Different This is not administrative supportits a strategic EA role with influence across a global growth organization.
