HR Specialist

The HR Specialist position is largely an administrative position responsible for recruiting, hiring new staff, maintaining staff files using ADP, running background checks, checking references, and complete other office work as assigned. The HR Specialist is also expected to be competent in basic office and administrative skills with superb organizational and time management skills. Applicant must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and adjust in a fast-paced environment. Applicant will work in close collaboration with other team members and have strong communication skills. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to fill our HR Specialist position.

As a minimum requirement, the applicant must have a high school diploma or GED with some relevant experience in human resources and/or secretarial functions. An associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred. Experience with ADP is a plus.

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week; Monday - Friday; 52 Weeks Per Year.

Location: Administrative Office - 43 Leopard Road, Unit 102, Paoli, PA 19301
