We are hiring a Corporate/Technical Accounting Manager for our Santa Clara, CA office. This will be a hybrid position (2-3 days in the office once fully trained).

Position Highlights:

  • Review financial statement accounting records as well as account reconciliations.
  • Perform technical accounting research under IFRS or US GAPP for various accounting topics, including but not limited to hedge accounting, lease accounting, cost accounting, loans, investment, etc.
  • Accountable for Cash flow statements
  • Responsible for global standardization of accounting policy, process, and system setup.
  • Coordinate with various regions and entities within the company to gather financial data and reconcile intercompany transactions.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Four-year college degree in a finance or accounting related field or relevant accounting education
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial statements, consolidation, SEC filings, hedge/lease accounting, and reporting experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical accounting research experience, including writing technical accounting memos
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of IFRS or US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • CPA and big 4 experience preferred

Computer Skills and Required Software Experience:

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
