Joining the NVIDIA Enterprise Experience Support Team, you will excel as a proactive and effective communicator, taking charge of problem-solving to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Support departments is essential to address technical challenges effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Addressing complex customer issues and technical problems by conducting thorough research, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for product installations and support, particularly focusing on NVIDIA InfiniBand and GPU Technology.
- Handling customer support queries via phone, email, and conference calls.
- Identifying and resolving issues during product installation, operation, and maintenance, as well as ensuring product compatibility with other vendors.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings to offer insights on product requirements and enhancing customer experience and support tools.
- Serving as a technical expert to develop and document best practices for internal teams, contributing to support process enhancements.
- Engaging in on-site visits and virtual meetings with customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing extensive Customer Support and debugging for hardware and software products.
- Proficiency in Enterprise platform and systems engineering, Linux troubleshooting, and server knowledge.
- Expertise in Linux OS, System Administration, Networking, and knowledge of networking protocols and routing.
- Experience with containerized solutions and debugging networking protocols using tools like TCPDUMP and Wireshark.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to lead critical issue resolutions efficiently under all circumstances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks independently.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in InfiniBand, RDMA, and GPU Technology.
- Knowledge of Clustering and HPC Data-Center technologies, including Upper Layer Protocols.
- Familiarity with additional Operating Systems such as Microsoft Windows, VMware, Unix.
- Experience in Shell scripting (Bash/Python), Ethernet, and Storage technologies.

The salary range for this position is between 104,000 USD - 195,500 USD, depending on your location, experience, and industry standards. In addition to your base salary, you will receive equity and benefits.
