Who We Want In this dynamic role, we will rely on you to provide wealth planning services for Carson Wealth clients. This will require you to focus on our clients’ needs in the areas of cash flow, education planning, tax planning, major purchase planning, risk management, retirement planning and estate planning. Additionally, you will work with Advisors and clients to prepare, present, implement, monitor and maintain wealth plans. What To Expect Demonstrate the wealth planning software to clients Work with Carson Wealth Advisors to gain an understanding of our wealth planning client's background and objectives Input client information into web-based, planning software Develop a close, long-term relationship with our wealth advisors and clients to understand their current circumstances and future needs or wishes Educate internal and external users on utilizing the wealth plan system Update wealth plans, as necessary, to maintain reliable and current information Generate and deliver the wealth plan Create and modify PowerPoint presentations to highlight wealth plan data for client meetings Continually look for ways to improve the wealth planning process Educate advisors and clients on new strategies, tax law changes, and regulatory requirements Strategize with advisors on client solutions and advice What You Need The ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Extreme attention to detail. Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation. A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent phone and personal communication skills. Drive for professional growth. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Preferred Education And Experience Bachelor's degree required. Professional designations such as CFP, CPA, or JD highly desirable. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the brokerage, insurance, or financial industry. Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate level. eMoney, MoneyGuide and Salesforce experience preferred.
