Job Summary


Harrison Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Wealth Planner to join our private wealth management group. This role will function as a liaison between our clients and our Lead Advisor team, providing exceptional service and client support.


General Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and/or existing clients, serving as their primary relationship contact.
  • Understand clients' unique financial goals, objectives, and risk tolerance to ensure personalized service and tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and follow-up communication.
  • Collaborate with our Lead Advisor, Investments, and Insurance teams to develop comprehensive financial plans and strategies.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and rebalancing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
  • Provide all necessary information to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, ensuring efficient integration.
  • Handle client account administration tasks, including processing transactions, managing account documentation, and resolving any account-related issues.

Desired Skills


  • Strong knowledge of investment related products, asset allocation strategies, and financial planning principles.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven history of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excelling communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex financial concepts to clients.

Desired Education/Certification/Designation(s)

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Series 7 & 63
  • NE Life and Health Insurance License
  • CFP Designation (preferred)
