We are not a traditional Minneapolis rep firm. While we do offer traditional sales representation as a service, it is the tip of the iceberg. We are also a North American distributor with vendor numbers at 70 (and counting) retailers. We are an Ecommerce Reseller; we purchase and manage 60,000+ skus on Amazon and other marketplaces. We are an in-house retail media agency, providing our brands with comprehensive advertising services (DSP, PPC, etc) to accelerate growth. We have an expanding Premium Incentive / Corporate Gifting business segment. Who you are:

You are organized, have exceptional time management skills, are proactive and enjoy a fast-paced work environment helping multiple departments. Primary responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and operations teams to create accurate forecasting and inventory management

• Management of promotional activity for assigned accounts including implementation, analysis, and budget spend

• Prepare and analyze business sales results, identify trends and actionable insights

• Communicate daily updates and day to day business needs to internal and external team members

• Build strong relationships with retail partners to successfully communicate business needs

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in Retail or related industry, specifically Walmart, preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, Business Management or related field, preferred

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Analytical skills and ability to think critically

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to learn various internal and external retail partner systems

• Business proficiency with Microsoft Suite, strong with Excel

• Hybrid environment out of our corporate office in Mendota Heights, MN (3 days per week in office) or remote out of the Bentonville, AR area
