Tracking Code 91-339 Job Description The Sales Coordinator, will help our company grow supporting event and sales initiatives, Sales are the biggest driver of our company's success, so this position plays a crucial role in our company. The **Sales Coordinator's responsibilities** include supporting **our sales and event teams,** coordinating with other departments, handling administrative **duties**, and overall supporting internal and external customer satisfaction through their efforts.

**Duties include:**

* Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team. This will require skills in excel and reporting.

* Support Field larger events, set up virtual events through zoom.

* Arrange for or create presentations and supporting documents for sales team

* Contribute to overall customer satisfaction

* Support monthly sales recognition initiatives.

* Track call center data reports and provide metrics

* Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports

* Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed

* Ability to work some weekends and some evenings is a must flexible hours will be provided.

Required Skills **Skills and Knowledge Required.**

* 3-5 years of experience in a sales / service environment

* A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success

* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

* Good time-management skills

* Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Windows products specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

* Excellent customer service skills, organizational, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, self-motivated, proactive and driven to achieve results while having a commitment to excellence.

* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to create emails, social media posts, and other duties as defined.

* Focus on working in a team environment, but must produce high quality results independently
